What times are check-in and checkout?

Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m.

This depends on how many reservations we have. Please check with us ahead of time.

This depends on whether the room will be free. Please check with us ahead of time.

Can I use the internet at the hotel?

All guest rooms offer free Wi-Fi connections.
Please ask at the reception for the Wi-Fi password.

What amenity items are there in the guest rooms?

A.

We offer nightwear, bath towels, face towels, bathmats, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and tooth brush sets.
You can also pick up razors or hairbrushes at the reception for free.

Are there refrigerators in the guest rooms?

Each guest room is equipped with an empty fridge for your use.

Q.

Are there safe-deposit boxes in the guest rooms?

A.

There are no safe-deposit boxes in the guest rooms.
Please take care of your valuables yourself.

Are the bath and toilet in separate rooms?

Our Deluxe Twin rooms offer separate baths and toilets.

Q.

Do you have any non-smoking rooms?

A.

All rooms at the hotel androoms Osaka Hommachi are non-smoking.
The only place to smoke is the smoking corner on the first floor.

Q.

I want to stay in the same room as a family. Do you have any rooms for lots of people?

A.

Our "moderate twin" rooms can sleep three with a sofa bed, while our "superior twin" rooms can sleep four with two 150 cm-wide beds. Our Deluxe Twin rooms can sleep four with two 150 cm-wide beds and a sofa bed.

Do you offer parking?

A.

There is no parking available on the hotel premises.
Please use one of the nearby pay parking lots.
Please note that we do not offer any free parking vouchers or other discounts.

Q.

How much do you charge for children sleeping in the same bed?

A.

Children up to their 12th birthday can sleep in the same bed for free.
If your child needs a bed or bedding, you will be charged the adult price.

Are there any convenience stores nearby?

A.

There are a number of convenience stores within a five-minute walk from the hotel.

When are room charges settled?

A.

Please pay on checking in.

Q.

What are your cancellation charges?

A.

As a rule, cancellations of reservations may be done free of charge by two days before your arrival date.
Cancellations the day before your arrival incur a 20% charge, while cancellations on the day of your arrival incur an 80% charge.
If you are a no-show, you will be charged the full overnight cost.
Please directly contact the office or hotel you reserved at for group reservations for parties of 15 or more.
Please note that any special cancellation charges that are part of separate accommodation plans will be applied.

Can you hold my luggage before I check in or after I check out?

Please feel free to leave your luggage at reception.
Note that we cannot accept any valuable items.

Q.

Is it possible to send my luggage on to your hotel ahead of time?

A.

Please contact us before sending your luggage.
We would be glad to hold your luggage until you arrive (with the exception of valuables, food, or dangerous items).
Please clearly show your arrival date and your name (the name of the person staying) on the shipping tag, and address it to the hotel.
